OUTLINE

We believe that sexuality (physical sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, etc.) is an integral part of a person's identity and that people are free to make their own choices without being threatened by others. In addition, reproduction (whether or not to have children, and if so, how and when to have them) is a decision that can be made by the person who becomes a parent, and also entails responsibility (child-raising) if one chooses to become a parent. Based on this premise, the mission of our department is "to realize human well-being by valuing sexual and reproductive health" and to contribute to society through education and research. In order to contribute to society, it is essential to understand the needs of the people concerned and the field, to materialize solutions, and to implement and disseminate them in society We will work on co-creation with clinical (hospital, community, government), other academic fields (medicine, psychology, engineering, management, and policy studies), and industry.

Vision
1. Establishment of an academic discipline that approaches people's health at the forefront and realizes solutions.
2. Physical conditioning suited to women's life stages
3. Support for families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the arrival of children
4. Commitment to addressing the challenges of any sexuality.

Vision
