東北大学大学院医学系研究科・医学部

第11回リトリートが、2018年1月13日（土）に開催されます。本研究発表会は、東北大学大学院医学系研究科の大学院学生が実行委員会を組織し、企画・運営の一切を行うものです。毎年たくさんのエントリーがありますが、その中でも、学部学生のエントリーや医学部以外のエントリーもあります。

そこで今回は、リトリート開催を目前に控えて、実行委員執行部の方々からメッセージをいただきました。

懇親会係：佐藤　慶さん（医化学分野）

皆様初めまして。この度第11回リトリート大学院生研究発表会にて懇親会係を務めさせて頂くことになりました、医化学分野所属の佐藤慶と申します。いままで演者での参加はありましたが運営側に回るのは初めてで、不慣れではありますが、参加者の皆様に楽しんでいただけるよう精進しております。
懇親会では仙台名物牛タンをその場で処理して、皆様に楽しんでいただく他、宮城名物の食料を多数用意しておりますので、熱く議論を交わしたあとは、楽しくお酒を酌み交わしていただければと思います。多くの参加者をお待ちしております。

会計係：山岡　彩香さん（医化学分野）

会計係をしております、医化学分野の山岡と申します。
リーダーの杉山さん主導のもと、賞品の選定と購入、またランチの準備などの仕事をしています。リトリートの経費は、辛酉会、大学院経費、医学部学生後援会の支援によっており、賞を受賞された方の今後の研究生活に役立ちそうな賞品をそろえました。私自身もポスター発表で発表する側にも参加しますが、皆様も賞を目指して発表の準備をしてほしいと思います。
口頭発表、ポスター発表に対する賞のほか、質問賞もあります。１月１３日は、ぜひともリトリートに足を運んでいただき、活発な議論をしていただきたいと思います。

会場係：Guestini Fouzia さん（病理診断学分野）

Counting among the few foreigners of the Retreat Seminar Organizer Committee for the third consecutive year, it is a real honor and pleasure evolving among dynamic scientists in the organization of this event and working for the smooth running of things for the participants.
We are giving our best on the organization of the seminar in order to give a constructive opportunity to the participants to present the results of their own research projects and, beneficiate from a fruitful debate that hopefully will allow them to enrich their knowledge and gain of self-confidence during their presentation. The inclusion of an English session gives every year a chance to the students to practice this foreign language and make it a springboard for eventual international conferences.
Every year the Retreat Conference attracts plenty of students from various fields and grade eager to share their knowledge in a friendly atmosphere and exchange with other scientists. At the end of the conference, there will be prize distribution and a sumptuous buffet at the social gathering, where people can enjoy the local food and continue their debate in a more casual way. We are looking forward to seeing you there and enjoy science together.
