Step 1. Find a prospective supervisor
Before application, prospective students should first find a prospective supervisor. Find the professor(s) in the field of your interest, contact and then obtain consent of acceptance to the department(s).

Step 2. Check for detail information
The enrollment process differs depending on the courses. After the confirmation of acceptance to the department(s), please check the admission guidelines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Step 3. Prepare necessary documents
Some time, it takes time to issue/ obtain the document. Please check the admission guidelines and prepare the necessary documents in advance. Here are some examples:
- Motivation letter (please download it from our website)
- Graduation Certificate
- Transcript
- English proficiency certificate (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo score within 2 years)
Step4. Concerning the Application for Examination of Qualifications for Admission
If you do not satisfy the meet any admission requirements or meet the requirement which need the prescreening, you need to take the “Concerning the Application for Examination of Qualifications for Admission” during the prescribed period.
