OUTLINE
We continue to provide innovation and leadership in emergency medicine and critical care. Topics range from vascular endothelium to disaster medicine and big data analysis using omics data and AI.
(1) Clinical research
Clinical epidemiology based on multicenter research data and real-world data
・Understanding the pathogenesis of acute-phase coagulation disorders and developing treatments
・Health economics research, such as the appropriate allocation of intensive care units
(2) Translational research
・AI analysis using omics data in emergency and critical care settings
・Clinically relevant research based on basic research on vascular endothelial cell injury with a focus on glycocalyx disorders
3) Big data analysis
Development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches through AI analysis of large databases
4) Innovations in Medical Education
Development of effective and efficient medical education tools using AI and LLM (industry-academia collaborative development research)
